I am SO thrilled with the service provided here. Someone slashed my tire yesterday, so originally I went to PepBoys for a replacement, as it was after hours for Santa Tire Depot. The price quoted was truly insane, and the staff was dismissive and rude. This morning I called Santa Tire Depot for a quote. Not only were they extremely friendly, eager to educate me, and generally kind, they provided me with three options regarding tire quality and pricing. I was able to get in immediately. In less than 45 minutes I had 2 new tires for less than half Pep Boys quoted me for a single tire. The entire staff was jovial, kind, and efficient. I will always come here for my tires, and I will tell everyone I know about them!
